Cliffside Overflow
The project
A perimeter-overflow pool and raised glass-tile spa set on the edge of a Hill Country ridge, with a linear fire feature, in-water loungers, a cabana and a putting green.
The whole environment was planned around one view. A perimeter-overflow pool runs to the edge of the terrace so the water reads as a single sheet against the horizon, with a raised spa clad in blue glass tile spilling into it. A linear fire trough and a row of in-water loungers sit along the far edge, a covered cabana anchors the house side, and a synthetic putting green and lawn fill the rest of the property. Large-format porcelain paving ties the terraces together, and the lighting plan was designed for exactly the hour these photographs were taken.
