Overview
GB IV Designs was founded in 2020 to give architects and custom builders a design partner who understands water. We design aquatic environments — pools, spas, water and fire features, outdoor structures and the landscape between them — from the first concept sketch through 3D modelling and construction documents. In Central Texas we also build what we design; across the country we work alongside the architect, landscape architect and local builder as the aquatic specialist on the team.
Concept to construction documents
Site study, schematic design, 3D models and renderings, then the structural, hydraulic and finish documentation a builder needs to price and permit the work.
Engineering in the drawings
Elevations, hydraulics, surge and overflow systems, structural strategy and equipment sizing are resolved in design — not improvised on site.
Material specification
Large-format porcelain, glass tile, natural stone, specialty finishes and the installation systems that make them last in a pool.
Nationwide collaboration
Design-only engagements for architects, builders, estate owners and developers outside Texas, with construction oversight by arrangement.

Yes. GB IV Designs was founded to serve architects, builders and estate owners nationwide with aquatic and outdoor design — concept, 3D modelling and construction documents — while we build only in Central Texas. Design-only clients work with Bo directly and with their local builder on site.
Every project is modelled in 3D before it is engineered. You walk through the design, see materials, elevations, water and fire features and lighting, and revise until it is right. What you approve is what we build.
Our projects typically begin around $250,000 and most fall between $300,000 and $600,000; estate environments with perimeter overflows, structures and complete landscapes exceed $750,000. Every project page on this site lists its investment range so you can calibrate. Exact pricing follows the site study and design, and our proposals are itemised line by line.
